Reservations are subject to confirmation, a deposit is required to confirm. Arrival and departure dates are understood to be definite. Changes to arrival and departure dates may incur a $100 change fee if dates are not re-rented. Refund on deposit only if reservation time is re-rented or a 45 day notice is provided.
Reservations are held until 5:30 p.m.(date of arrival) if arriving later, please call to inform the management.

Every apartment and efficiency opens directly onto the Gulf of Mexico. Motel rooms are on the second floor and do not face the gulf. The bedroom apartments and efficiencies have well equipped kitchens, and the motel rooms have a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee pot. All accommodations include cable TV, free WIFI, heat, AC, hair dryers and linens. Lodging units are smoke free and smoking permitted in designated areas only. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available. Enjoy a relaxing day on the beach swimming, sunbathing, collecting shells and shark teeth or fishing. Kayak, paddleboard, boat and bicycle rentals are available on site and/or nearby.
